Matest staff is constantly trained on new products and developments to offer a professional and well-timed technical support, provided directly by our engineers or through Matest world network of agents and distributors.
The main services provided are:
Commissioning, maintenance and repair operation
Matest products can be installed and powered up by our technicians/distributors upon request to Matest Export Sales Department before placing the order.
Maintenance and fixing services can be carry out at our plant or at customer facility if the request is approved by Matest Export Sales Department.

Return of goods
Before sending your products back, ask for the Return to Vendor’s Number (RTV) to Matest Export Sales Department. Any return must be approved prior shipping: goods received without permission will be returned to the customer. Download Matest “Return to Vendor’s Procedure” for further information.
Matest customers can count on a complete, well-organized, and available stock of original spare parts. Supplied with 48 hours. Spare parts and accessories are kept for 10 years on all major products. Submit the “Service form” below to ask for spare parts availability and quotation.
All Matest products are supplied with the relevant operating manuals. If needed, manuals can be requested to our Export Sales Department or to your nearest agent/distributor by providing the complete Serial Number (i.e S16N/AC/00220) of the purchased equipment. Every product shown in the on-line catalogue has its own operating manual in .pdf format that can be downloaded by our authorized agents/distributors only once logged in the Dealer Area at the bottom of this page.
